Collaboration Mastery
Working together is the most rewarding yet, also, the most challenging part of the business.
Our blended learning program is designed to cultivate teams where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
Did you know?
86% of people attribute workplace failures to the lack of collaboration or ineffective communication.
Most collaboration breakdowns are not caused by lack of competence or goodwill.
But by unspoken expectations, misguided assumptions, poor communication and rushed judgements.
Our blended 8 week program combines psychological understanding of internal and external dynamics with practical strategies to help teams do better work by working together better.
The Learning Journey
-
Recognise your default collaboration patterns and understand how your reactions influence team dynamics - especially under pressure.
-
Understand psychological safety as a practical, moment-to-moment behaviour, and learn to increase safety through everyday language and actions.
-
Learn to identify and surface unspoken expectations, clarify roles and responsibilities, and reduce friction caused by invisible contracts.
-
Strengthen your ability to give and receive in ways that improve alignment, performance, and working relationships.
-
Build awareness of response patterns at work, learn more productive strategies and practice conscious responses to charged situations.
-
Recognise dysfunctional team dynamics and shift towards responsibility, boundaries, and clear ownership.
-
Understand how our differences (ie culture, age, gender, neurodiversity etc.) impact our collaboration challenges. Shift from assumptions to curiosity.
-
Integrate program’s learnings and build personal systems for strong collaborative relationships at work.
